Endowment Fund Donation Form

The Donation Form will be posted here after approved by the Endowment Fund Committee.

Though the form has yet to be completed, donations to the endowment fund are now being accepted. All gifts designated for the endowment fund will be added to the principal. Grants will come solely from the interest earned by the principal. Building the principal increases the amount of interest available for grants.

  • You can deliver or send your contribution to the Endowment Fund directly to Calvary.
  • You can make a one time or continuing contribution to the Endowment Fund using our "Online Giving Portal" Use the drop down menu to select the Endowment Fund.
  • You can direct funds from life insurance, estates, etc. to the Endowment Fund. Consult with your attorney or financial advisor to set up such a bequest and let Calvary know of your intentions.
